    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Enter the app’s Settings 2. Click on the “Manage FAQs” button 3. Select the question you would like to add media to 4. When editing your answer click on the camera, video, or GIF icon 5. Add media from your library.

  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Click “Manage FAQs” button 2. From your site’s dashboard you can add, edit and manage all your questions and answers 3. Each question and answer should be added to a category 4. Save and publish.
  • What can be dropped off at our collection points?
    Clothes : Dresses, shirts, shorts, jeans, hats, fashion accessories & belts Household Textiles : Linen, curtains, pillows and mats. Toys : Teddy bears and hard plastic toys Shoes : High heels, trainers, work boots, formal wear, sandals, sports boots If you have items that aren't on this list, kindly get in contact for further clarification.
  • What happens to the items that are collected?
    We process the items in our factory in Port Klang, Selangor, Malaysia and we practice the 5R's of textiles recycling... REFUSE, REDUCE, REUSE, RENEW and RECYCLE. Our factory is the only ISO Certified Zero Waste textiles recycling facility in Malaysia, meaning we divert everything we collect from landfill. We sort the collected goods into over 500 different categories, which determines the way we process them. They can be put back into the reuse market, upcycled into new items, sent for mechanical separation, converted into Processed Engineered Fuel (PEF) or manufactured into industrial use wiper.

  • How do I edit or remove the “FAQ” title?
    You can edit the title from the Settings tab in the app. If you don’t want to display the title, simply disable the Title under “Info to Display”.
